From 2018 Eugene Lavrenchuk is a Rector of First Ukrainian School of Theater and Cinema. The school education and training program is based on his own method of teaching using the new interpretation of ideas of Jerzy Grotowski, Antonin Artaud, Michael Chekhov and Konstantin Stanislavsky.
An important role is also given to educational programs for opera artists.
